Speed Review: Sukin Botanical Body Wash in Lime and Coconut

Hello! Well, it's been a while, hasn't it?! Life has somewhat gotten in the way but I'm back with a review today, easing in gently with a body wash review. I've previously tried a few products from natural, Australian brand, Sukin and must confess that I've found them to be a little hit & miss. That said, this body wash appealed to me both in terms of the scent description (I love anything tropical!) and I also liked the packaging, which clearly communicates the natural ethos of the brand. On the plastic bottle, there's a description on the front which states that the product is a botanical body wash which is both sulphate and paraben free. This also appealed to me as I tend to prefer sulphate free body washes, which I tend to find are less drying to the skin. Further, numerous, claims on the back include the fact that it's free from mineral oil, vegan friendly and carbon neutral (perhaps not once it's been shipped from Australia, but we'll let that one slide). I appreciated the functionality of the pump dispenser which helped to prevent wastage. I also liked that the generously sized bottle was sufficiently transparent so that I could tell how much product was remaining. The Body Wash itself is a clear gel texture which I was able to work into a lather. The scent was as expected- a lovely combination of zesty lime with a hint of coconut, which wasn't sickly or synthetic. I couldn't detect the fragrance following use but my skin was left feeling wonderfully fresh and clean. I feel that £9.95 for 500ml represents good value for money. I found Sukin Botanical Body Wash in Lime and Coconut to be a pleasure to use and it's a product which I'd repurchase.
